Who we are
Bighorn Collision operates a collision repair facility at 70 Rock Rd., Belgrade, MT 59714, and publishes this website. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Bighorn Collision. The short version
- This site is informational. It does not have user accounts, and it does not take payments or store an estimate form on our servers.
- We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how many people visit and which pages they read.
- An embedded Google Map and Google Fonts load content from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- When you click a “Get an Estimate” or booking button, you leave our site and go to Carwise, which has its own privacy policy.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
Information we collect
Information you choose to give us
This website does not collect form submissions. If you email us or call the phone number listed on the site, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, vehicle information and a description of the damage — so that we can respond and help with your repair. We use that information only to communicate with you about your inquiry and your vehicle.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit our pages certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This may include:
- Your device type, browser and operating system
- Your approximate location and internet (IP) address
- The pages you view, the links you click, and how long you stay
- The website or search that referred you to us
This information is aggregated and used to measure traffic and improve the site. It is not used to personally identify you, and we do not attempt to match it to your name.

Selling and sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties that receive data are the service providers listed above, and only so they can perform the functions described.
Your choices

- Opt out of Google Analytics: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop your data being used by Google Analytics on any site.
- Do Not Track: If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not use it to serve personalized advertising, because we do not run advertising on this site.
- Access or deletion: To ask what information we hold from any email or call you sent us, or to ask us to delete it, email info@srcollision.com.
Data retention
Emails and messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings for our account and is used only in aggregate.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, including Carwise and Google Maps. Once you follow a link and leave bighorncollision.com, this policy no longer applies and the destination site’s own policy governs your visit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or the services it uses change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
