This website is provided for general information about our services. Business hours, services and content may change without notice. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Estimates and appointments

Our “Get an Estimate” and booking buttons take you to Carwise, a third-party scheduling service with its own terms and privacy policy. Any estimate, appointment time or price shown through the site or a third-party tool is preliminary. Final repair scope and pricing are determined after an in-person inspection of your vehicle, and repairs proceed only with your authorization.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from us, message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Full details are in the “Text messaging (SMS)” section of our Data Sharing & Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Bighorn Collision name, logo, and the text and design of this site are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and relies on third-party services, including Carwise and Google. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
